Privacy Policy — Fetch
Who we are
Fetch is an app that keeps track of information on web pages for you. It is operated independently by Álvaro Samagaio. For privacy questions, contact alvaro@neew.ai.
What data we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your name (if provided by Sign in with Apple or Google)
- A profile photo URL (if provided by your sign-in provider)
If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive a private relay address instead, and treat it like any other email. If you continue as a guest, we create an anonymous account with no personal information attached.
Content you create
- The cards you create: the links you add and the instructions describing what to track
- The results Fetch finds on those pages, and their history
- A snapshot (PDF) of a page when it is checked
- Lists you write in the app (for example birthdays or renewals) and publish as pages
If you write information about other people in a list, such as names and birthdays, make sure you are allowed to.
How tracking works
When you ask Fetch to check a page, with a tap or a swipe, the app loads the page on your device and extracts its text. That text, together with your instructions, is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to find the information you asked for. Fetch never checks pages in the background.
Pages you publish
A list you publish is stored with us and gets a link. Sharing is off by default: until you turn on the public link, only your own account can read the page. If you turn it on, anyone with the link can see the page.
What we don't collect
We don't use analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools, and we don't track you across apps or websites. Fetch does not access your microphone, camera, photos, contacts or location.
How we use your data

- To process your tracking requests with AI
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Anthropic's data usage policies apply to the content sent to it. We recommend not tracking pages that contain sensitive personal information.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Google Firebase, in the United States by default.
Data retention and deletion
- Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. This permanently deletes your profile, your cards and their history, their page snapshots, and the pages you have published.
- A guest account and its data are kept until you delete the account.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to delete your account and all associated data, and to export your content. To exercise any of these rights, contact alvaro@neew.ai or use the in-app account deletion option.
Children
Fetch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
